HAIR TRANSPLANT
Direct Hair Implantation and Choi Implanter Pen Technique
Our health & beauty are realized when we begin to lose it. Hair loss is an example. With the hair transplantation, you can quickly get to a healthy and beautiful appearance again. Hair transplantation is a surgical technique that removes hair follicles from one part of the body, called the ‘donor site’, to a bald or balding part of the body known as the ‘recipient site’. The technique is primarily used to treat male pattern baldness. In this minimally invasive procedure, grafts containing hair follicles that are genetically resistant to balding are transplanted to the bald scalp. Unlike the FUE method, during the Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) method, site creation and graft implantation are performed simultaneously. This allows for the embedding of the extracted hair follicles directly into the receipt areas without the need of creating channel incisions in the donor area via utilizing an implanter pen that features a hollow needle connected to a tub and plunger device.
